He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Toney; his wife Betty Jo "Sam" Toney; and his grandsons, Christopher LaBrake and Jonathan Moser. He is survived by: his parent Vergie Toney; his children, Tamma Moser of Claremont and Jeff Toney (Cheri) of Hickory; and his grandson Jake Toney. He is also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
