She is survived by: her children, Lee Fox of Taylorsville, Two, Angel Hammer (Jarrod) of Taylorsville and Mia Fox of Taylorsville, One; her brother Gerald Meredith of Taylorsville, Six; her grandchildren, Allison, Katie, Josie, Colton Hammer, KaitLyn Mayberry and Xander Fox; and her nephew Shawn Meredith.
