She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Garfield Mabe and Emma Madigan Brown Mabe; and her husband Ruben "Bud" Bruner. She is survived by: her children, Randy Bruner, George Bruner, Timothy Bruner (Gina), Virginia Doub (Gray, Jenene Nellenbach) and Barbara Bruner; and her grandchildren, Angel Bruner, Shay Bruner and Kelly Carpenter (Vince, Madigan Gioscio). She is also survived by 2 brothers; 2 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Pre-School at 410 – 1st.
