She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Doc" Evan Kanupp; her husband Cloyd Richard; her son Walter Huffman, II; her stepdaughter Scottie Pastelak; and her brothers, Charles Eugene "Gene" Kanupp and Jerry Kanupp.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tamera Frontela (Luis) of Hialeah, FL and Kimberly Swaim (Gil) of Sherrills Ford; her stepdaughters, Ann Campbell (Terry) of Hickory and Donna Hull; her grandchildren, Alicia Barreiro (Arian), Anthony Frontela (Izmari) and Maria Frontela; her great grandchildren, Darian Barreiro, Devin Barreiro, Katelyn Frontela, Matthew Frontela, Cameron Swaim and Jessica Swaim; her stepgrandchildren, Julie Harbin (Jerry), Angel Bonchi (Edmond), Eric Campbell (Meredith), Michael Pastelak (Rebecca), Jon Campbell and Robert Hull; her great grandchild Ada Swaim; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Krissy Helms, Maecie Brumley, Jessica Garcia, Isabell Pastelak, Jonathan Garcia, Cloyd Pastelak, Charlotte Campbell and Nora Campbell; her sisters, Martha Spencer (Dale) and Donna Specht (Joel); and her sisters-in-law, Glenda Hafer Kanupp (Gene) and Glenda Crouch Kanupp (Jerry).
