She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Sharpe; and her siblings, Catherine Hedrick, Annie Wright, Ruby Huffman, Bill Shook, Jake Shook and Clyde Shook.

She is survived by: her son Billy Sharpe (Krystal) of Catawba; her close friends, Robert Tutherow, Pat, Kathy Gregory and Mike; her siblings, Fred Shook of Sherrills Ford and Hellen Rhinehardt of Newton; her grandchildren, April Tramp (Dawson), Amanda Moose (Keenan) of Taylorsville, Sonni Sharpe and Charles Sharpe (Charlie) of Catawba; her great grandchildren, Alexa The (Lexie), Ava The (Janel), Jose The (Bubba) and Raelynn The; and her niece Kathy.
