She is survived by: her mother Joyce Banks Smith; her boyfriend Steve Icard; her children, Kenneth Worley, Jr., Brooke Gibson (Mark King) of Hickory and Nikki Worley of Hickory; her brothers, Randall Hughes (Kathy) of Greenville, SC and Norman Whitted (Libby) of Weaverville, NC; her grandchildren, Bryon Worley, Isaiah Icard, Jaxton King and Ryder King; and her nieces and nephews, Hannah Hughes, Randall Hughes, Jr., Mathew Hughes, Kristina Whitted, Cody Whitted, Heath Whitted and Heather Whitted.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to any local addiction program.
