We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2018, at the age of 91, Lovenia Starnes Guthrie (Catawba, North Carolina), born in Alexander, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Mack Donald Guthrie; her son Mack Donald Guthrie, Jr.; her great grandchild Isaac Richmond Coffey; her siblings, Floyd Starnes, Donald Starnes and Patsy Hendrix; her daughter Ann Carol Coffey (Lamar) of Bethlehem; her siblings, Mildred Tolbert of Hudson, Linda Brown of Claremont and David Starnes (Carolyn) of Hickory; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Starnes of Hickory. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
