He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Luis and Carmen Fernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Collinsworth and Lisa Collinsworth; his daughters, Makenzie and Raelyn; his brothers, Alec Collinsworth (Matthew) and Nathan Collinsworth (Grace); and his grandparents, Bob, Betty Collinsworth and Sheila Chandler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Drum Funeral Home (509 1st Ave S, Conover, NC 28613).
