Jody Starnes Batson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2021, at the age of 78, Jody Starnes Batson of Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyle Starnes and Kate Harmon Starnes; her siblings, Jim Starnes, Pat Starnes and Nell Starnes; and her son-in-law Burnett Jenkins.
She is survived by: her husband Stacy Batson; her children, Stacy Darrin Batson (Bonnie) of Clayton, NC, Lesa Jenkins of York, SC and Terri Boothe (Rick) of Catawba; her brother B. L. Starnes (Ruby) of Mineral Springs, NC.; and her grandchildren, Justin Tyler Jenkins, Jack Jenkins, Colby Southers, Morgan Southers, Amy Boothe, Taylor Batson, Madalyn Batson and Haley Shaw.
