He is survived by: his parent Lillie Mae Gann Johnson; his wife Marie Blaylock Johnson; his children, Sheila Johnson Ross (Rick) of Maiden and Christopher N. Johnson (Wanda) of Granite Falls; his stepchildren, Tekishia Blaylock of Icard and Derl Stevens (Alicia) of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Michael McCarley, Katharine Ross, Angela Johnson and Aaron Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey Stevens, Madison Smith, Emma Smith, Kembar Stevens and Alexus Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Randol Jones, Michael Ross and Josalene Rainwater.
