She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Seagle and Marcella Drum Seagle; her granddaughter Caitlyn Brown; and her sister Peggy Kanupp (Terry Kanupp). She is survived by: her children, Angela Waters (Scotti) and Kevin Brown (Kristin); and her grandchildren, Bella Waters, Caden, Dawson, Lilly, Mason, Emma and Harper Brown.
