She is survived by: her husband Tony Parker of Claremont; her daughters, April Miller (Scott) of Hickory and Natalie Cook (Jonathan) of Hildebran; her grandchildren, Avery Miller, Andrew Miller, Chloe Cook and Noah Cook; and her sister Joyce Pharr.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society at 3224 20th Ave SE Hickory, NC 28602.
