He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Rhoney and Catherine Rudisill Rhoney; and his brothers, Gerald, Jackie, Larry and Glenn Rhoney.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Rhoney of Vale, Scott Rhoney of Vale and Carol Williams (Nathan) of Vale; his sister Annette Hull (Leonard) of Vale; his grandchildren, Summer Dameron (Jackie), Sabrina Williams, Matthew Rhoney, Landon Biehl, Meredith Isenhour (Landon), Ethan Rhoney and Ayden Rhoney; and his great grandchildren, Nataleigh Williams, Harper Dameron, Houston Dameron, Hunter Curtis and Hallie Curtis.
