He is survived by: his wife Iva Warlick Johnson; his son Andy Johnson (Sheila); his grandchildren, Lacy Wilson, Kirsten Taylor, Drew Johnson, Jordan Travis and Jack Travis; his great grandchild Raylen Wilson; his grandchildren, Maggie Wilson, Blake Taylor and Cash Taylor; and his sister Carolyn Plaster.
