He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hartley; his sister Patricia Lesniewicz (Tom) of Calabash, NC; his nieces and nephews, Chris and Chad; his children, Patti Walker (Richard) of Louisa, VA., Crystal Sampson (Ben) of Castle Hayne, NC. and Bobby Hartley (Katie) of Jarvisburg, NC.; his grandchildren, Christopher Hartley, Caleb Lloyd, NovaLeigh Walker, Madison, Ezekiel Sampson, Emory and Esther Hartley; his uncles, Bill Hartley (Mary Lou) of Oceanside, CA. and Stewart (late Kitty) of High Point, NC.; and his aunt Louise Hartley of Winston Salem, NC.
