He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Patrick Mandola, Jr. and Mamie Francis Corder Quarto; his stepfather Ralph L. Quarto; his brother Anthony Mandola; and his nephew Keith Scott Mandola.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ann Mandola; his children, Michael Christopher Mandola (Lucretia Britton Mandola), Dawn Marie Mandola and Samantha Lynn Mandola Melvin (Dreward Melvin); his grandchildren, Anthony Keith Mandola, Christopher Michael Mandola, Gregory Ryan Mandola, Hannah Mae Mandola, Kendall Jade Melvin, William Chase Mandola and Colton Drew Melvin; and his siblings, Mathew Mandola and Kathy Mandola Abbott.
