She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Barnes and Pearl Miller Barnes; and her son Ted Edwin Cook. She is survived by: her husband Russell E. Cook; her son Russell James Cook; her daughters-in-law, Sharon Cook and Kathy M. Cook; her stepgrandson Nick Hopper; her grandchildren, Teddy E. Cook and Mandy J. Cook; her great grandchildren, Savannah J. Cook, Sadie Mae Cook and Skylar Rose Hallmon; and her granddaughter Courtney N. Langley.
