It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Levy Bonnett Jr. of Castle Hayne, North Carolina, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Levy Paul Bonnett, Sr. and Bessie Justice Bonnett Berkley; his wife Elaine Jonkheer Bonnett; his sons, Christopher Bonnett (Michele) and Scott Bonnett (Arlene); his grandchildren, Tyler Bonnett, Colin Bonnett, Kira Bonnett, Tyler Savage and Brooke Savage; his brother Donald Bonnett (Marsha); and his siblings-in-law, Annette Jonkheer, Mary Ann Schmidt, Ann Miller, Charlie Jonkheer and Robert Jonkheer. He was also cherished by many extended family and friends.

Memorial gifts may be given to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 4849 Castle Hayne Road, Castle Hayne, NC 28429 or to a charity of one's choice.
