He is survived by: his wife Donna Newton Willetts; his son Jason Britt Willetts of Whiteville, NC; his stepdaughter Kelly King of Jacksonville, NC; his grandchildren, Joseph and Kinsley Copeland; and his cousins, Jerry, William and Charles Willetts.
