He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjiman Franklin and Margaret Sarah Rhine (Hoffman); his wife Latitia Savage Rhine; and his siblings, Arthur Thomas, David Elwood, James Earl, Benjamin Paul, Raymond Dean, George Robert, Mary Bertha, Grace Edith, Betty Jane, Ellen Eilsabeth and Margorie Louise.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Rhine Atkinson (Corey); and his grandson Terry Ramsey (Judy). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
