He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer R. Harrell and Mary E. Debose. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Harrell Rabon (Mike) and James R. Harrell, Jr.; his grandchildren, Austin, Bailey Rabon, Georgia, Elizabeth and Casen Harrell; and his siblings, Richard Harrell (Linda) and Ann Wood (Johnny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
