Daughtrey of Castle Hayne, North Carolina, born in Burgaw, North Carolina, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Daughtrey and Margaret Lewis Daughtrey; his son Michael; and his siblings, Durwood, Everett Earl, Ernie, Joyce D. Miller and Janice Elaine Daughtrey.
He is survived by: his wife Rowena "Nena" Gurganious Daughtrey; his children, Katrina D. Russ (Rick), Chris Daughtrey and Betty Jean Church; his sisters, Barbara D. Smith and Frankie Mae Saunders (Louis); his daughter-in-law Phyllis; and his siblings-in-law, Barry (Shirlyn) and Kay. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and extended family.
