He is survived by: his wife Judy Wells; his daughter Judy Christina "Tina" Wells Fore (James); his grandsons, Brandon Fore, Ryan Fore, Jacob Fore and Oliver Fore; his sisters, Juanita Wells and Mary Wells; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Rhodes (Scott) and Marsha Schwinn (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
