She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wilkins and Louise Wilkins of Castle Hayne, NC; her husband Gilbert L. Underwood; and her daughter Melony M. Yarborough. She is survived by: her great grandchild Chloe Maye Mercer of Castle Hayne, NC; her daughter Kimberly M. Turner (William E.) of Wilmington, NC; her sister Judy W. Russo (Glenn) of Wilmington, NC; and her nephews, Travis G. Russo (Delissa) and Darren W. Russo (Kristen). She is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
