He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Saunders Proctor and Clinton Proctor Sr.; his wife Becky Gibbs Proctor; his children, Jeremy D. Proctor (Christa) of Castle Hayne and Katie Billings (Jonathan) of Castle Hayne; his grandchildren, Emilee, Dustin, Liam, Haleigh, Abigail and Jaxon; his sister Tammy Manning (Mel) of Wilson; and his father-in-law Reverend Carl Gibbs. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
