He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland Meares O'Quinn and Carrie Inez O'Quinn; and his wife Jo Ann O'Quinn. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon O'Quinn; his brother Jerry O'Quinn (Gwen); his niece Carman (Dave Long); his nephew Ryan (Alison O'Quinn); and his great-nephew Aiden O'Quinn.
