It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Spruill (Castalia, North Carolina), who passed away on March 29, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Miranda Lewis; her granddaughter Summer Grace Allen; her mother Mary Ann Spencer; her brother Andy Spencer; and her nieces and nephews, Jamie Spencer, Drew Spencer (Crystal), Josie Lynn Anderson, Linkin Spencer and Mason. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
