He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Welford Rackley and Marie Moore Rackley. He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Pace of Brevard; and his grandchildren, Savanna Smith, Betty Jean Smith, Samuel Smith, Shia Smith, Hala Pace and Serenity Pace.
