He is survived by: his wife Annie Batchelor; and his children, Shirley Lewis (James) of Zebulon, NC, Betty Bostic (Lester) of Durham, NC, Alphaeus Earl Batchelor (Lanora) of Rocky Mt and Joseph Keith Batchelor (Rhonda) of Apex, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
