He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Palmer and Pearl Palmer; and his brother Phillip Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stewart Palmer; his daughters, Ginger (Jerry Whitman) and April (Nathan DeBeve); and his grandchildren, Alex Mabry, Addison, Zoey Whitman and Anna Debeve.
