We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, at the age of 69, Joyce Bumgarner (Cashiers, North Carolina), born in Clayton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Rowbottom and Peggy Rowbottom; and her husband Marvin Bumgarner. She is survived by: her children, Julianne Christine Hall of Hudson, NC, Sabrina Moss (Greg Evett) of Lake Toxaway and John Allen Wise of Lake Toxaway; and her brother Thad Buchanan (Melissa). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
