He is survived by: his wife Lella Clayton Bromberg; his pet Lily; his children, Frank Hardy Bromberg, III, Charles Clayton Bromberg (Christy) of Jacksonville, Florida, Frederick (Wilkinson Bromberg) and Lella Bromberg Wilbanks (Bruce) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Charles Clayton Bromberg, Jr. (Robin), Frederick, Wilkinson Bromberg, Jr. (Katie), Anne Hayden Bromberg, Margaret, Russell Bromberg, Frances Hardy Bromberg, Bruce, Ogletree Wilbanks, Jr. and Alice Kirkland Wilbanks; and his great grandchildren, Zoë Dylan Bromberg and Charles. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
