He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Melburn Rogers and Annie Mae Cloer Rogers; and his siblings, Relda Stepp, Junior Rogers, J. L. Rogers and Joe Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Locust Rogers; his children, Virginia Hill (Tim), Eugene Rogers (Tina), Jimmy Rogers (Sandy), Juan Edwards (Deborah) and Larry Edwards (Debbie); and his brother Brenton Rogers. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
