She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Marion Manley, Sr. and Helen Louise Corn Manley; her husband Marvin Oneal Fowler; and her siblings, Carolyn Galloway, Martha Gaddy, Pauline Stiles and Robert Manley, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Marvetta Mills (DeWayne) of Cashiers, N. C., Carla Dills (Ronnie) of Columbia, S. C. and Carlton Fowler (Cindy) of Cashiers, N. C.; and her sister Brenda Rider of Brevard, N. C.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
