We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2022, at the age of 82, Wayne Morris of Casar, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Howard Morris; his parents-in-law, Rev. Thomas and Jean Bagwell Taylor; his granddaughter Ashley Lutz; his great grandchild McKenzie Morris; and his sister Patsy Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Taylor Morris; his sister Shirley Blanton (Douglas) of Moriah; his grandchildren, Devin Morris (Amanda) of Casar, Corey Lutz of Sumter, SC, Lacie Morris of Casar and Emily Hudson (Josh) of Shelby; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kinley and Clayton Morris; and his aunt Jenny Lou Roper of Morganton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
