She is survived by: her parent Janet Lynn Smith Wellman; her children, Kaleb Gillis of Lawndale, Kayla Hoyle of Casar, Skylar Whitaker of Casar, Kelsey Whitaker of Casar and Sophie Whitaker of Casar; her granddaughter Lillian Lynn Gillis; her stepdaughter Lacey Sparks; her granddaughter Ella Grace; her siblings, Michael Chapman (Holly) of Lawndale, Kevin Chapman, Timothy Hoyle, Tabitha Smith (Kelly) of Lawndale, Tonya Tallent of Connelly Springs and Tisa Parker (Jerry) of Old Fort; and her stepmother Louise Hoyle.
