He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Judith Earl Cook; his daughters, Kellie Boice (Billy) of Casar and Karin Johnson (David) of Casar; his brother Randy Cook of Casar; and his grandchildren, Haley Boice, Blake Boice, Mason Boice, David Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Alayna Johnson.
