He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Frisbee and Wilda Ballew Frisbee; his wife Sheree Fender Frisbee; his sons, Joseph and Samuel Frisbee; his siblings, Lillian "Sissy" Cox (Danny), Leisa Frisbee, Melvin Frisbee (Wendy), Brian and Brandon Frisbee; and his grandchildren, Scarlette, Kira and Jameson.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, there may be no more than 50 people gathered for his service at the funeral home and no more than 50 people gathered for the graveside committal.
