She is survived by: her mother Jullie Ann Norwood; her husband Charlie Spake; her children, Chris Carroll (Katelynn) and Pamela Carroll (Bobby) of Forest City; her sisters, Tina Carroll of Lawndale, Leigh Ann Johnson of Casar and Maria Tovar (Ruban) of York, SC.; her grandchildren, Nevaeh Holland, Carsen Holland, Chris Causby, Jason Causby, Natalie Causby and Emma Causby; and her great grandchild Malachi Causby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
