She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Campbell and Johnnie McFarland Campbell; her husband C. F. McNeilly; and her siblings, Ernest Campbell, Dewey Campbell, Mae Daves and Ann Howell.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Powell (Rod) of Casar; her grandchildren, Haley Garner (Jeremy) and Colby Creswell (Heather); and her siblings, Bea Luckadoo, Helen Miller, Herman Campbell and Gene Campbell.
