He was predeceased by: his parents, Odus Ballard Wall and Affie Bell Waters Wall; and his stepdaughter Kelly McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Anita Barker Wall; his son Wally Wall; the mother of his child Sandra Stroud of Shelby; his stepdaughters, Tracy Hughes and Jamie Gibson of Gaston County; and his brothers, John Wall (Jean) of Shelby, Russell Wall (Nancy) of Danville, VA and Earl Wall (Syble) of Casar. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren; seven nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church, 820 Moriah Church Rd., Casar, NC 28020.
