It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Walker of Casar, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Edward Walker and Annie Maude Newton Walker; his wife Frances Sue Newton Walker; and his siblings, Raymond, Marce, Forest Walker and Coleen Parker.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Walker (Pam) of Casar and Chris Walker (Jeannie) of Casar; his grandchildren, Edie Walker, Ethan Walker, Troy Walker and Meredith McNeilly; his siblings, Ray Walker of Casar and Nadine Goodman of Casar; and his close friend Flora Knox.
