He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ward and Shirley Hurdt. He is survived by: his son Kai Ward; and his siblings, Matthew Ward (Melinda), Heather Ward and Sierra Ward. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658).
