She is survived by: her parent Effie Louella McNeilly Newton; her children, Steve Martin (Jamie) of Belwood, Julius Harold Martin (Robbin) of Charleston, SC and Cheryl Beam (Kenneth) of Casar; her siblings, Wayne Newton of Hickory and Carol Hunt of Casar; her grandchildren, Laura Shuford (Clint), Janna Martin Jones (Matt), Jonathan Martin (Lori), Chris Martin (Haley) and Robert Martin (Johnnie); and her great grandchildren, Serra Shuford, Amber Martin, Lucas Martin, Ella Martin, Ava Jones, Nolan Jones and Sarah Martin.
