He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Pearl Beal McGee. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Beard (Donny) of Newton, Kelly Bivins of Lawndale, Holly Poston (Jeffrey) of Graham and Emily McGee (Dean) of Fallston; his grandchildren, Austin Sain (Charity), Triston Bivins, Harley Sain, Brackston Bivins, Kylee Spizzo, Payton Sain, Jaycee Bivins, Reagan Spizzo, Amelia Poston and Annie Poston; his great grandchild Aubree Sain; his brothers, Gary McGee (Brenda) and David McGee; and his aunt Jean Schumacher.
Memorials may be made in honor of George William "Bill" McGee to St. Jude or a charitable veteran's organization such as the Gary Sinise Foundation.
