He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl Williams and Betty Loraine Peck Creaser; his wife Brenda McNeilly Williams; and his siblings, Bruce Williams, Nancy Holmes and Judith McNeely (Judy).
He is survived by: his children, Tony Streukens (Michelle) of Gainsville, FL, Bruce Streukens (Mo), Greg Streukens (Angel) of Gainsville, FL and Kristin Bradish (Jason); his stepchildren, Mark Chapman (Tabatha) of Casar, Ben Chapman (Kim) of Shelby and Sharon Brackett (Harrill) of Casar; his brother Kenneth Williams (Pat) of Honor, MI; his uncle Larry Peck (Joanne) of Ovid, MI; his nephew Brad McNeely (Emily) of Lake Wyle; and his grandchildren, Olivia Streukens, Madeline Streukens, Otto Streukens, Seth Bradish, Austin Streukens, Aiden Streukens, Whitney Cannon (John), Brittany Waters (CJ), Sarah Chapman, Kelsey Blanton and Alex Chapman. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
