She was predeceased by: her parents, Ophus Grayson Newton and Effie Louella McNeilly Newton; her husband J. W. Hunt; and her siblings, Wayne Newton, Gerald Newton, Ottie Whitworth, Jean Martin and Annie "Boots" Sisk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Miranda (Jeff Willard), Robin (Tom Siegner) and Elizabeth (Arlan Bush); her grandchildren, Amber Harrelson Montecuollo, Jonathan Willard, Shannon Siegner, Amanda Willard and Austin Montecuollo; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Montecuollo, Averee Montecuollo, Kylee Goins, Max Pickens and Madi Pickens.
