He is survived by: his parent Minnie Rosetta Earl Poole; his wife Rose Hedrick Poole; his children, Kenneth Poole of Lawndale and Jennie Thrift (Bill) of Shelby; his siblings, Johnnie Lee Poole of Dallas, Thelma Porter of Shelby and Mary Lou McCombs of Casar; his grandchildren, April Lynn Thrift Lee, Johnny Dean Poole (Angie Towery Poole), Vickie Poole DuJardin (Donald) and Patty Poole; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Poole, Emily Poole, Christopher Brown and Chloe Ann Marie Brown.
