She is survived by: her husband Carl Ramon McNeilly; her children, Matthew McNeilly (Donna) of Casar and Carla Peavy (Michael) of Casar; her siblings, Delbert Parker of Casar, Bobby Parker of Casar, Claman Parker of Hickory, Elsie Lou Willis of Belwood and Margaret Willis of Belwood; her grandchildren, Kellianne Shuler (Billy), Robert Keeter III and Amber Keeter (John Ollis); and her great grandchildren, Kyle Ray, Amelia Shuler, Mollie Shuler, Emmie Shuler, Damien Keeter, Brantlee Keeter and Paisley Keeter.
