He is survived by: his wife Polly McKendry of Cary, NC; his children, Christopher McKendry (Terri) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Scott McKendry, Maziel Arauz of Sanford, NC and Anne Bondurant (Patrick) of Holly Springs, NC.; and his sister Shirley Tuttle of Greenville, MI..
